At Redeemer’s Grace Church, we have the privilege of offering two different kinds of Bible studies held throughout every month! We offer Flock Groups (occurs every Friday except for Doubt Nights; Flock Groups are our Bible studies that go over specific passages) and Doubt Nights (occurs the first Friday of every month throughout the school year; Doubt Nights are our topical studies of Christianity in the world and history).
What are Flock Groups?
Flock Groups are small, intimate Bible studies hosted at 2 different locations around San Diego. Each study is led by trained leaders who study under the pastoral care of our Pastor Christopher Wu. Although each group meets in different places, both groups study the same passages and go over the same content.
Up until 2018 summer, we will be continuing in our study of the book of Luke! Please come join us for a good time in the Word and of fellowship with one another.
Where do Flock Groups meet?
Our two groups meet on the UCSD campus at Center Hall (by the Spheres) and at one of our members’ homes located in Mira Mesa at 7:15pm. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to find out which location works best for you!
What is the purpose of Flock Groups?
The purpose is to dive deep into the Word of God in an unbiased and intentional way. We start with observations of the text and study the context of the Scripture to interpret the author’s original intent. This methodical way of studying is far from mundane! It is an incredible way to reveal the truths in the Bible because we can apply these truths immediately to our every day lives. Our goal is to help and shape the way you read God’s Word daily.
What are Doubt Nights and what are they for?
Doubt Nights are a topical study of common questions to Christianity. We go through the Scriptures and seek to find how to answer those questions as well as be able to present the Gospel to anyone who may come to visit or check out our Doubt Night Bible study. RGC seeks to build its members through these topical studies to equip them with tools to help build their biblical worldview!
Where do we meet for Doubt Nights?
We meet in the same places as our Flock Groups!
Which group do I join?
Come join us for both Flock Groups and Doubt Nights; they are open to everyone! Also, either group (home or campus) will go through the same material, feel free to email email@example.com for more information. We try to place you in a group that best suits you; if you are a UCSD student, we recommend you join the on-campus group. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about Flock Groups or Doubt Nights!
